Membership questions
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing page and you keep every benefit until the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing is charged again after that.
- What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
- The new plan applies immediately and your next invoice is automatically pro-rated, so you only pay the difference.
- Do contractors pay too?
- Yes — contractors have their own plans and lead fees. Customer memberships only cover the customer side of the marketplace.
- Is the free plan really free?
- It is. You can post up to two jobs a month and receive contractor enquiries with no card required.
